Email Article chiodos - april 2008.
i haven't done much since i got back from tour.. mainly because i work till midnight every night and sleep all day. instead of letting the site die like in the past i decided to go back and start looking at old photos again. i find it strange almost when i do this cause i see how much i've evolved since i started.. this post is sort of a prime example.
when i first started photographing shows i remember my first big show was Protest The Hero w/ Chiodos, The Fall of Troy and Sick City in Winnipeg. It was my first show at The Burton Cummings Theater and i had no idea what i was doing.. ( i think i text messaged a friend to ask what to do while i was there... it was that bad )
Needless to say.. i didn't get any good photos from that night.. but i got the experience and next time knew what to do.. which i guess you could say is more.
Below is the one photo i can stand to show people from that show (Craig Owens from Chiodos).. i still hate it because it isn't a steady photo but remember this was my first "big" show.
Looking at this photo and then looking at some of the photos i took this summer at Warped Tour, it really shows what time and practice can do. enjoy.

while in utopia, ontario.. zach and i decided to head into a field next to the venue and just walk. below is a photo i took with my nikon film camera of zach during this time.
